The mission of the Technology Committee is to provide leadership, to educate and develop an increased expertise of concrete technology, and to advocate for the technology that show case the durability, sustainability, and quality of concrete.

The Technology Committee promotes the proper uses of concrete including the development of specifications and recommended practices. The committee maintains close contact and cooperation with standardization bodies such as ACI, ODOT, and OCAPA’s Certification Board. The committee develops and maintains procedures for certification programs for the Association. The committee also reviews and develops new programs for industry education, information dispersal and consultation. Committee members serve as industry experts to assist members in handling technical problems.
