The Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) Committee effectively identifies and addresses the environmental, regulatory, and health and safety issues that directly affect the aggregate industry.
The EHS Committee assists staff in monitoring new developments in environmental, health and safety regulations. The committee provides a forum for producers and associates to exchange ideas and develop and disseminate information to OCAPA members. Current subcommittees are working on the MSHA Annual Refresher Training, and MSHA Part 62 Noise and Dust Monitoring Training.
