OCAPA is the voice of Oregon’s concrete and aggregate industry. OCAPA represents members including ready-mixed concrete producers, associate suppliers, and related services statewide.
As an association, OCAPA addresses industry issues at all levels while providing resources and training opportunities for safety, certification, and environmental compliance. OCAPA also works to educate consumers, legislators, and the public about member needs, and recognizes industry excellence by co-producing the annual Excellence in Concrete Awards.
