OCAPA provides a statewide voice for aggregate and ready-mixed concrete producers, associate suppliers, and industry-related services.
The association works on behalf of members to:
- Address industry issues at all levels — legislative, agency, and environmental.
- Provide resources for safety, certification, and environmental compliance.
- Educate consumers, contractors, regulators, and legislators about the aggregate and concrete products industry.
- Recognize industry excellence by co-producing the annual Excellence in Concrete Awards.

Producer Membership
Our producer members are companies that drive the heart of the industry in Oregon. They include aggregate producers, mining operators, and ready-mix batch plant and concrete delivery. The Producer Membership is tailored to meet the needs of those involved in the production, extraction, and distribution of concrete and aggregates.
