Award Program covers the period of January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009

You are invited to participate in OCAPA’s Annual Safety Awards Program. Join us in celebrating the “focus on safety efforts” of our industry at the annual business meeting on Friday, June 25, 2010. This year we will be at The Seventh Mountain Resort in Bend, Oregon.

To continue interest and participation of OCAPA members in accident prevention programs, OCAPA is again excited to offer this recognition program. The program is designed to emphasize the need for continued attention to workplace safety by recognizing those companies that demonstrate outstanding achievement in that area.

Please complete and submit the Safety Awards Entry Form by May 24, 2010.

Winners will be determined and notified immediately. Plaques will be presented to each winning firm at the “OCAPA Annual Meeting” in June.

If you didn’t have a lost-time injury or illness in 2009 you’re already a winner! Be sure to let us know about it, and you’ll also have a plaque to prove it. Remember, you don’t need a perfect record in order to enter.
